The Veterans Day Parade Application is in PDF format and will be filled out electronically and emailed.
File is large. Please give it time to download.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10/31/09 to be judged.

Don't forget to go to your E-Mail Program and send the Form after you Submit it from the Top of the Application. If you do not see a Submitt Button at the top of the form you need to update Adode Acrobat Reader. See Below.

To see if we have your Application check the Participants Page. Updated Daily.
If you do not see your entry by the next day please try updating your Adobe Acrobat Reader and try again. "I have been informed that other PDF programs do not work."

You will receive an e-mail back on Nov. 2nd. with info. on your line up.
Please make sure that webmaster@VetDayParAmaTx.org is not on your Spam list.

You will find the line up on the Participants Page Nov. 2nd.
